Daughter's Team # on the left.
~ Then alphabetically by Last Name ~
1. Full First Name, column 2.
2. First few letters of Last Name, column 3.
3. Then Grade & School.
With changes requested since I first posted the chart, I find am unable to keep the chart updated as quickly as changes happen.  My apology for the errors.  I will be removing the chart, since I am unable to keep it caught up - it's better not to have it posted
