Coaching Application and Background Checks
Every person who assists in helping coach a Jr Comet team, is required to fill out a coaching application, once each school year, and be approved to coach, via a successful background check. The link above is our coaching application. Click on the word "here" to download the PDF document. There are two parts to the app, a front and back page. Both sides has information that needs to be addressed. "Printed only" information on the front, the back is where you sign and date, acknowledging the information there. One of our board members (likely Darryl), will collect the completed application. There are some verification's to the information listed on the front page that have to be signed off on by a board member. We will need the paper copy of your application turned in (No Photos). If you have a way to scan both the front and back after completing the App, then emailing it to - [email protected] - that works. Otherwise we will need to personally collect the application from you. If you have questions please call Darryl - 541-951-5176.
